Do you have a minimum frame size?

The smallest custom frame size we offer is 5"x5". We can't offer anything smaller for safety reasons.

Do you have a minimum order size?

No, we accept single frame projects.

Can my frames be shipped?

Yes, frames are packaged for local and international transport.

should i include white borders on my art?

Yes, white borders help with handling the artwork.

what is the maximum size I can print my file?

Your print can't exceed 70" width for mounting. Framing can be any size.

what paper or surface should i print on for mounting?

Glossy prints are recommended for best results.

will you select material for me to print on?

During our consultation we will advise on the substrate that will yield the best results for your specific project. We offer Sintra, Aluminum, Dibond and Artboard substrates.

how much does it cost to make a frame?

Pricing depends on the size and timeline of your project. Smaller projects start at around $150.

what are your payment terms and how do i pay?

50% deposit is required to begin a project, and 50% is due at the completion of your project. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and checks.

what is your turnaround time?

Projects usually take 3 weeks for mounting and 4 weeks of framing.

Where do i park when i arrive?

Our studio offers free parking outside of our building.

with consideration of COVID-19, how are you working with clients?

We remain socially distanced at all times during consultation, wear facemasks and provide hand sanitizer. The studio is adhering to all CDC guidlines to ensure our clients and staff are safe.
