OUR CUSTOM FINE ART MOUNTING SERVICE IS HANDLED BY OUR IN-HOUSE TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH FINE ART.

Face Mounting

Face Mounting is a technique that creates a permanent fusion between the face of a print and an acrylic material. Our mounting technicians know which adhesive is best to use based on the artwork as well as the substrate it’s being adhered to; museum board, Sintra, Aluminum, or Dibond.

Back Mounting

Back Mounting is a technique that creates a permanent fusion between the back of a print with acrylic material. The face is exposed and can be treated with either a face mount or lamination, listed below.

Lamination

Matte: Non-reflective finish with a subtle, tactile quality

Glossy: High-profile ultra-reflective surface

Luster: Satin finish, lightly reflective, between glossy and matte

Lexan: A more stable, scratch-resistant surface
